Ingredients/Components
- plain flour - 3 c
- sugar - 2 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- vanilla
- chopped bananas - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- oil
- chopped nuts - 2 c
- Stir in eggs and oil
- stick butter or margarine - 1 item
- box confectioners sugar - 1 item
How to make hummingbird cake:
Stir dry ingredients together. Stir in eggs and oil. Add all other ingredients. Stir until mixed. Do not beat. Pour in greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Cool in pan.Frosting:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla1 stick butter or margarine1 box confectioners sugar Have butter and cream cheese at room temperature. Mix all ingredients together.
