Hummingbird cake

Ingredients/Components

• plain flour - 3 c
• sugar - 2 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• vanilla
• chopped bananas - 2 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
• oil
• chopped nuts - 2 c
• Stir in eggs and oil
• stick butter or margarine - 1 item
• box confectioners sugar - 1 item

How to make hummingbird cake:

Stir dry ingredients together. Stir in eggs and oil. Add all other ingredients. Stir until mixed. Do not beat. Pour in greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Cool in pan.Frosting:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla1 stick butter or margarine1 box confectioners sugar Have butter and cream cheese at room temperature. Mix all ingredients together. Beat until smooth. Spread on cake.
