  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour - 2 c
  • soda - 2 tsp
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • powdered sugar - 2 c
  • can crushed pineapple with juice - 1 oz
  • Bake at 350° for 45 minutes

How to make hummingbird cake:

Mix by hand and put in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Icing:8 oz. cream cheese1 stick butter1 tsp. vanilla2 c. powdered sugar Spread on cake while warm.
