stick butter - 1/2 item
can crushed pineapple with juice - 1 oz
small can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
pecans, chopped - 1 c
bananas, chopped - 2 c
Bake at 350° 75 minutes

How to make hummingbird cake:

Just mix well; do not beat. Bake at 350° 75 minutes.Icing:2 1/2 c. sugar1/2 stick butter2/3 c. evaporated milk1 small can crushed pineapple, drained1 c. nuts Cook to soft ball stage; spread on cake.
