Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 4 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- dry yeast - 1 pkg
How to make hot rolls:
Heat milk and butter until butter is melted. Add yeast, sugar, salt and 3 eggs (slightly beaten). Mix well. Let stand or rise until double in bulk, 2 or 3 hours. Do not knead. Make your rolls and bake 15 to 20 minutes at 400°.Recipe categories: Breads, Low cholesterol, Rolls/biscuits.
