  • cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
  • shredded Swiss cheese - 12 oz
  • corned beef, chopped - 1/2 lb
  • sauerkraut, well drained - 2 c

How to make hot reuben dip:

Mix together and heat until cheese is melted. Serve hot with rye crackers or party rye bread.
