Hot taco dip
Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- catsup - 1/2 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- green olives, sliced - 1 item
- Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese - 1 item
- can kidney beans and juice, mashed - 1 item
How to make hot taco dip:
Brown ground beef; drain. Add onions, catsup and beans. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes or until thick. Put in glass baking dish. Top with cheese and olives. Bake at 350° until cheese melts. Serve hot with corn chips.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Cheese.
