Ingredients/Components
- grated Parmesan cheese - 2/3 c
- mayonnaise - 1/2 3/4
- jar or 8 oz - 1 oz
- cloves garlic, minced 1 is plenty for some - 2 item
How to make artichoke spread:
Mix all ingredients in 1/2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until browned and bubbly. Serve with Stoned Wheat Thins. (This can be doubled, tripled, whatever.)Recipe categories: Appetizers, Vegetables, Spreads.
