- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
How to make hot milk sponge cake:
Put on stove milk, let get hot, not boiling. Add butter and let melt. Beat eggs well until lemon color and thick; adding sugar, gradually mix well. Add flour and baking powder, vanilla and mix well. Add milk to mixture and stir well. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Low fat.
