Plum cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• self-rising flour - 2 c
• cooking oil - 1 c
• cloves - 1/2 tsp
• jars baby food plums with tapioca - 2 item
• chopped nuts your preference

How to make plum cake:

Combine flour, sugar and spices with cooking oil in large bowl. Beat eggs into plums in a small bowl and then add to dry ingredients. Beat well. Add nuts. Bake in tube pan at 350° for 1 hour. You can also bake in 2 loaf pans.

Lemon Glaze: To juice of 1 lemon, add enough powdered sugar to make thin glaze. Pour over cake while warm.
