Hot fudge sundae cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- cocoa - 2 Tbsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- nuts optional - 1 c
- salad oil - 2 Tbsp
- hottest tap water
- favorite ice cream - 1 item
How to make hot fudge sundae cake:
Heat oven to 350°. In ungreased square 9 x 9-inch pan, stir together flour, sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder and salt. Mix in milk, oil and vanilla with a fork until smooth. Stir in nuts. Spread in pan evenly. Sprinkle with brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa. Pour hot water over batter. Bake 40 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes.
