Hot crabmeat dip
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- confectioners sugar - 4 tsp
- garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
- onion salt - 1/2 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1/3 c
- cooking sherry - 3 Tbsp
- wet mustard
- fresh crabmeat, cleaned - 1 lb
How to make hot crabmeat dip:
Mix the first 7 ingredients in the top of a double boiler. Heat and blend all ingredients together. When smooth and creamy, add crabmeat and sherry. Heat thoroughly. Serve in chafing dish with king size Fritos.May also be transferred to a baking dish and kept hot at 325° until ready to serve.
