Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 2 oz
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • confectioners sugar - 4 tsp
  • garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
  • onion salt - 1/2 tsp
  • mayonnaise - 1/3 c
  • cooking sherry - 3 Tbsp
  • wet mustard
  • fresh crabmeat, cleaned - 1 lb

How to make hot crabmeat dip:

Mix the first 7 ingredients in the top of a double boiler. Heat and blend all ingredients together. When smooth and creamy, add crabmeat and sherry. Heat thoroughly. Serve in chafing dish with king size Fritos.

May also be transferred to a baking dish and kept hot at 325° until ready to serve.
