Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 oz
- can sliced water chestnuts - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- slivered almonds - 1/2 c
- cooked chicken, cubed - 3 c
- celery, chopped
- onion, grated - 2 Tbsp
How to make hot chicken salad:
Combine all ingredients and place in 9 x 13-inch dish. Top with 1 1/2 cups crushed potato chips, 4 ounces grated Cheddar cheese. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, One Dish meal.
