Ingredients/Components
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- salt to taste - 1 item
- dried oregano - 1 2
- ground pepper - 1 tsp
- juice of 2 lemons
- boned and skinned chicken breast pieces - 4 item
How to make greek chicken:
Cut chicken into strips. Marinate 5 to 10 minutes in mixture of oregano, pepper, lemon juice and salt. Heat olive oil in skillet and saute minced garlic briefly. Add chicken strips (and marinade if you want) and cook until just brown. Serve over cooked rice with some steamed broccoli.Quick and easy. My daughter's favorite.
