Hot chicken salad
Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 2 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- cooked rice - 1 c
- stalks chopped celery - 3 item
- cans sliced water chestnuts, drained - 2 item
- to 6 chicken breast halves, cooked and diced - 4 item
How to make hot chicken salad:
Mix all ingredients together and spread in casserole dish. Top with crushed corn flakes and/or slivered almonds. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, One Dish meal.
