Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- medium onion, diced - 1 item
- diced celery - 3 c
- cans cream of chicken soup - 3 item
- low-fat mayonnaise - 1 c
- toasted pecans - 1 c
- boiled eggs, chopped - 8 item
- chicken, cooked and chopped - 3 lb
- crushed potato chips for topping - 1 item
How to make hot chicken salad:
Combine all ingredients, except potato chips. Place in a casserole dish. Top with crumbled potato chips. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 400°.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, One Dish meal.
