Hot chicken salad
Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- mayonnaise
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- Minute rice - 1 c
- cooked chicken, diced - 4 c
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- or 5 hard-cooked eggs - 3 item
- celery, sauteed - 1 c
How to make hot chicken salad:
Mix all ingredients together. Bake in a casserole or large pan. Top with crushed potato chips and almonds. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 325° to 350°. This can be refrigerated a day before baking.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, One Dish meal.
