Ingredients/Components
- vinegar
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- can sliced water chestnuts - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- grated onion - 2 tsp
- diced celery - 2 c
- diced, cooked chicken - 2 c
- Accent - 1/2 tsp
- crushed potato chips - 1 c
- chopped, toasted almonds - 1/2 c
How to make hot chicken salad:
Cook chicken, then dice and combine all ingredients, except cheese and potato chips. Place in well-greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese, then chips. Bake 10 minutes at 450°. Serve hot and garnish with parsley.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, One Dish meal.
