Hot chicken salad
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- cooked chicken - 2 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- sliced celery - 1 c
- cooked rice
- hard-boiled eggs - 2 item
- onions - 2 tsp
- water chestnuts - 1/2 c
How to make hot chicken salad:
Mix all together and put in a 9 x 13-inch dish. Sprinkle 1 cup potato chips over top. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, One Dish meal.
