  • dry white wine - 1/2 c
  • stick sharp natural Cheddar cheese - 1 10
  • can crab meat - flaked and cartilage removed - 1 7

How to make hot cheese and crab dip:

Cut cheeses in small pieces; combine in a sauce pan with milk. Stir over low heat until cheeses melt. Stir in wine and crab; heat through. Serve in chafing dish with shredded wheat wafers. Makes 3 cups.
