Ingredients/Components
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- hard boiled eggs - 5 item
- chicken fat - 5 Tbsp
- small cartons chicken livers - 2 item
- 4-5 medium onions
How to make chopped chicken liver:
Saute chicken livers in chicken fat after onions are completly sauted. Add salt and pepper. Additional fat may need to be added. In food processor slice eggs. Then put all ingredients together including liquid and blend. Chill overnight. Serve with triscuit crackers.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Spreads.
