Hot broccoli dip
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
- finely chopped celery - 1/2 c
How to make hot broccoli dip:
Saute celery and onions in margarine until tender. Add cheese and broccoli; stir over low heat until cheese is melted.Serve with dippers, such as: raw vegetables, corn chips, crackers, bread sticks and bread pieces.
For party use, get a large loaf of rye bread and cut off top of bread loaf. Scoop bread out to use as dippers and place broccoli dip in center of bread loaf. Leave 1-inch shell to contain dip.
