- margarine - 3 Tbsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
- juice of 1 lemon
- cayenne pepper - 1/2 tsp
- finely chopped celery - 1/2 c
- finely chopped mushrooms - 1/2 c
- roll garlic cheese, diced - 1 (6
How to make hot broccoli dip:
Saute onions, celery and mushrooms in margarine and add cooked broccoli, lemon juice and cayenne. Mix mushroom soup and cheese into broccoli mixture. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted. Serve in a chafing dish.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Broccoli.
