Hot artichoke dip
Ingredients/Components
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/8 c
- seasoned bread crumbs
- margarine or butter, melted - 1/2 c
- cans artichoke hearts in water - 3 item
- mayonnaise fat-free is fine - 1 c
How to make hot artichoke dip:
Drain the artichoke hearts very well. Cut them up into small pieces with a knife and place in a mixing bowl. Add the mayonnaise and 2 teaspoons of the Parmesan cheese plus 4 tablespoons of the bread crumbs. Mix well together. Place this artichoke mixture into a medium size casserole dish. Mix melted butter and bread crumbs; sprinkle over artichoke mixture. Bake 15 minutes at 375°. Serve with crackers.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Vegetables.
