Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/4 c
- pecans - 1 c
- honey - 2 Tbsp
- poppy seed - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- lettuce leaves - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- cubed, cooked chicken - 4 c
- grapes
How to make honey pecan chicken salad:
Combine chicken, grapes and pecans. Set aside. Stir mayonnaise, sour cream, honey and poppy seed and pepper. Blend well. Add to chicken mixture; toss well. Serve on lettuce leaves or put on croissant buns.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Salads, Chicken.
