- salt - 2 tsp
- honey - 1 c
- Dijon mustard - 1/4 c
- curry powder - 2 tsp
- chicken breast halves - 4 item
- chicken thighs - 6 item
How to make honey curry chicken:
Place chicken skin side up, in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Combine honey and remaining ingredients; pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 45 minutes or until chicken is done, basting occasionally. Yields 6 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
