Honey corn bread
Ingredients/Components
- cornmeal - 1/3 c
- whole wheat flour - 1/3 c
- wheat germ - 1/3 c
- baking powder - 1 Tbsp
- eggs beaten - 2 item
- safflower oil - 1/4 c
- honey - 1/4 c
- buttermilk - 1 c
- In separate bowl mix eggs, oil, honey and buttermilk
- oil - 1/3 c
- maple syrup - 1/4 c
How to make honey corn bread:
In large bowl combine cornmeal, flour, wheat germ and baking powder. In separate bowl mix eggs, oil, honey and buttermilk. Add dry ingredients to liquid, blending until all is moistened.
