Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1/2 c
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- honey
- paprika - 1 Tbsp
- large chicken breasts, halved, skinned and boned - 2 item
How to make honey baked chicken:
Sauce:1/2 c. honey1/4 c. melted butter1/4 c. lemon juice Melt butter in 2 quart baking dish. Dredge chicken in flour and paprika mix, then dip in butter. Cover with foil* and bake for 20 minutes at 350°.Melt butter and add honey and lemon juice. Pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 400° until browned and syrupy (approximately 20 minutes). Enjoy!
*This portion of the recipe can be prepared ahead of time, then baked later.
