Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 1/4
- salt - 1 tsp
- water
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- ground beef - 2 lb
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- can chopped green chilies - 1 oz
- cans undrained kidney beans - 3 1/2
- can undrained pinto beans - 1 oz
- can hominy undrained - 1 1/2
How to make taco soup:
Brown meat with onion and green chilies in Dutch oven. Drain off excess oil. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, then simmer 30 minutes. Makes 10 servings.
