  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • cans hominy, drained - 2 item
  • jar jalapeno Cheez Whiz - 1/2 oz
  • or 4 green onions, chopped - 3 item
  • crushed cornflakes or Fritos - 1 c

How to make hominy casserole:

Heat cheese, soup and onions until cheese melts. Stir in hominy. Pour in baking dish. Cover with cornflakes or Fritos. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
