Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- large potatoes, baked - 4 item
- green onions, chopped - 1/4 c
- Miracle Whip - 1/4 c
- Cheddar cheese
- slices bacon, fried crisp - 4 item
How to make twice baked potatoes:
Cut potatoes lengthwise, leaving 1/8-inch shell. Remove potato from hull. Combine potatoes, 1 cup cheese, Miracle Whip, milk, egg and seasonings. Beat until fluffy. Refill potato shells with mixture. Top with remaining cheese, onions and bacon. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Makes 4 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
