  • milk - 1/4 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • large potatoes, baked - 4 item
  • green onions, chopped - 1/4 c
  • Miracle Whip - 1/4 c
  • Cheddar cheese
  • slices bacon, fried crisp - 4 item

How to make twice baked potatoes:

Cut potatoes lengthwise, leaving 1/8-inch shell. Remove potato from hull. Combine potatoes, 1 cup cheese, Miracle Whip, milk, egg and seasonings. Beat until fluffy. Refill potato shells with mixture. Top with remaining cheese, onions and bacon. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
