Ingredients/Components

  • cans hominy, drained reserve liquid - 3 item
  • can mushroom soup - 1 item
  • can hominy liquid - 1 item
  • sweet pepper - 2 Tbsp
  • green pepper - 2 Tbsp
  • green onion - 2 Tbsp
  • pinch of sugar - 1 item
  • salt to taste - 1 item
  • jalapeno cheese - 1 lb

How to make hominy casserole:

Mix together all ingredients except cheese. Grate cheese and put 3/4 of it on top of first mixture in baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°. Remove from oven and place remaining cheese on top.
