Homemade vegetable soup
Ingredients/Components
- vinegar - 2 c
- fresh tomatoes - 3 gal
- bell pepper - 1 item
- onions - 1 c
- green beans - 1 c
- green peas - 1 c
- hot pepper - 1 item
- cut up okra - 1 c
- ears of corn, cut off cob - 15 item
- butter beans fresh - 1 c
- any other kind vegetables you want in the soup - 1 c
- canning salt to each quart of soup - 1 tsp
How to make homemade vegetable soup:
Combine all ingredients. Put in a large boiler. After it begins to boil rapidly, boil 30 minutes longer. Then put in sterilized jars and seal. You can put the soup in freezer if you want. It's very good.Recipe categories: Potato, Soups & stews, Main dish.
