- ground beef - 2 lb
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- cans tomatoes - 2 item
- medium potatoes, sliced - 3 item
- large onion, cut up - 1 item
- large cans Veg-All - 2 item
How to make homemade vegetable beef soup:
Note: May also add any leftover vegetables from refrigerator.Brown ground beef in skillet and drain. Place vegetables in a large pot; cover well with water. Add salt and pepper; bring to a boil. Stir in ground beef, reduce heat to simmer and cover, stirring occasionally. Add water as needed. Cooking time: approximately 1 1/2 hours.
