Ingredients/Components
- ground chuck - 2 lb
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- mustard seed - 1/2 tsp
- Morton Tender Quick salt - 3 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
How to make homemade salami:
Mix ingredients well. Shape into rolls. Wrap in aluminum foil. Refrigerate 24 hours. Poke holes in foil and boil rolls for 1 hour. Cool and refrigerate 24 hours. Ready to eat.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Meat, Beef.
