  • eggs - 6 item
  • half and half - 1 qt
  • vanilla
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • cans Carnation milk - 2 item

How to make homemade ice cream:

Beat eggs well and chill with sugar and Carnation milk. Add vanilla, salt and half and half. Pour in a container and follow ice cream makers directions.

For banana ice cream, put 1/2 cup ripened, crushed bananas and omit the vanilla.
