Homemade granola
Ingredients/Components
- vegetable oil - 1 c
- rolled oats - 5 c
- honey - 1 c
- sesame seed
- sunflower seeds - 1 c
- wheat germ
- soy flour - 1 c
- Bran Flakes - 1 c
- broken cashew nuts or almonds - 1 c
- non-instant dry milk - 1 c
- dates or raisins if desired - 1 c
How to make homemade granola:
Combine all dry ingredients except dry fruit in a large mixing bowl. Combine honey and oil in a large measuring cup. Pour over ingredients, folding in with a large wooden spoon until well coated.
