Homemade caramel corn
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- light corn syrup - 1/4 c
- popcorn - 1 item
How to make homemade caramel corn:
Heat all ingredients except baking soda until bubbly around edges. Cook 5 minutes over medium heat. Remove from heat. Stir in baking soda until foamy. Pour over popped popcorn and stir to coat well. Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 200° for 1 hour.Chosen by Joey and David.
