- fresh buttermilk - 3 c
- cheap margarine - 3 lb
How to make homemade butter:
Soften margarine to room temperature. Beat with mixer while adding buttermilk, 1 cup at a time. Beat until smooth. Put in plastic bowls and freeze. Makes 5 pounds.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Condiments, etc., Very low carbs.
