Hollandaise sauce
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- light cream - 1/4 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- mustard - 1/2 tsp
- egg yolks, well beaten - 2 item
How to make hollandaise sauce:
Melt butter. Beat eggs with electric mixer or whisk until smooth; set aside. Add cream, juice, mustard and salt to butter. Stir over medium heat. Add eggs; cook until thickened.
