Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • chopped celery - 1/2 c
  • hot applesauce - 1 c
  • 7-Up soda - 1 c
  • hot cranberry sauce - 1 c

How to make holiday gelatin salad:

Dissolve lime gelatin in hot applesauce. Cool. Add celery and 1 cup 7-Up. Mix well. Pour into a 9 x 12-inch dish. Chill until firm.

Next dissolve the cherry gelatin in hot cranberry sauce. Add 1 cup 7-Up. Pour over the congealed layer. Chill until firm. Serves 8.
