Holiday gelatin salad
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- boiling water
- crushed pineapple - 1 c
- pineapple juice - 1/2 c
- carton Cool Whip - 1 oz
How to make holiday gelatin salad:
2nd Layer:1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O1 1/2 c. boiling water1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 3rd Layer:1 (6 oz.) pkg. cherry Jell-O2 c. boiling water 1st Layer: Dissolve lime Jell-O in boiling water; add pineapple juice and pineapple. Pour in 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Let set.2nd Layer: When First Layer is set, dissolve lemon Jell-O in boiling water. Add cream cheese and whip well. When partially set, add Cool Whip; pour over First Layer. Let set.
3rd Layer: When first 2 layers have set, dissolve cherry Jell-O in boiling water. When partially set, pour over other layers.
This is a colorful salad for Christmas.
