Beer batter

Ingredients/Components

• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 1 c
• oil - 2 tsp
• pepper - 1/8 tsp
• beer - 1 c

How to make beer batter:

Sift together flour, salt and pepper. Make well in the center and pour in beer and oil in a stream, stirring while doing so. Stir until smooth.
