Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- water - 2 c
- raisins - 2 c
- pecans, halved or chopped - 2 c
- Pillsbury date or nut bread mix - 2 pkg
- candied pineapple, cut in wedges - 1 c
- 12 or 13 oz - 2 c
How to make holiday fruitcake:
Grease and flour bottom and sides of 12 cup Bundt tube pan. In a large bowl, combine eggs and water. Add remaining ingredients, by hand. Stir until combined. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350° for 60 to 75 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 30 minutes. Loosen edges and remove from pan.Recipe categories: Desserts, Eggs/dairy, Cakes.
