Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- water - 1/2 c
- candied fruit - 2 c
- mincemeat
- Pillsbury quick bread mix - 2 pkg
- nuts whole or chopped - 1 c
How to make holiday fruitcake:
Grease and flour 10 to 12-cup Bundt pan. In large bowl, combine eggs and water. Add remaining ingredients. By hand, stir until combined. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350° for 80 to 90 minutes until toothpick inserted into center comes out cleaRecipe categories: Desserts, Eggs/dairy, Cakes.
