Ingredients/Components
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- coconut - 1 c
- peanut butter - 1 c
- sesame seed - 1/2 c
- sunflower seeds - 1/2 c
- wheat germ - 1 c
- carob chips
How to make high protein bars:
Melt butter, peanut butter and carob chips over medium heat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread into a greased 5 x 7 x 2-inch pan. Cool and cut into squares. Refrigerate.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Lunch/snacks, Snacks.
