  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • coconut - 1 c
  • peanut butter - 1 c
  • sesame seed - 1/2 c
  • sunflower seeds - 1/2 c
  • wheat germ - 1 c
  • carob chips

How to make high protein bars:

Melt butter, peanut butter and carob chips over medium heat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread into a greased 5 x 7 x 2-inch pan. Cool and cut into squares. Refrigerate.
