Herbed oven potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine, melted - 1/4 c
- olive or vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- minced fresh parsley - 1 item
- dried thyme - 1 tsp
- envelope onion soup mix - 1 item
- dried marjoram - 1 tsp
- red potatoes, quartered - 2 lb
How to make herbed oven potatoes:
In a shallow bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Add potatoes, a few at a time; toss to coat. Place in a single layer in a greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan. Drizzle with remaining oil mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 450° for 50 to 55 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with parsley. Yield: 6 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
