Heavenly fruit dip



Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- butter or margarine
- all-purpose flour - 2 Tbsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- whipping cream, whipped - 1 c
- pineapple juice - 1 c
How to make heavenly fruit dip:
Combine first five ingredients in heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth and thickened. Let cool completely, then fold in whipping cream. Serve with fresh fruit. Yield: about 2 cups.Recipe categories: Fruit, Appetizers, Dips.
