Heavenly broiled fish
Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- chopped green onions - 3 Tbsp
- hot pepper sauce - 1/8 tsp
- skinless fish fillets snapper, grouper, etc - 2 lb
How to make heavenly broiled fish:
Place fish in a single layer on a well-greased, bake-and-serve platter, 15 x 10-inches. Brush fish with lemon juice and let stand 10 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients and set aside. Broil fish about four inches from source of heat for six to eight minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Remove from heat; spread with cheese mixture. Boil 2 to 3 minutes longer or until cheese is lightly browned. Makes six servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Saltwater fish, Sole and flounder.
