Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- egg whites - 2 item
- rolled oats - 2 c
- skim milk - 2 Tbsp
How to make healthy oatmeal cookies:
Beat egg whites and salt until stiff. Gradually fold in sugar, then fold in oats and vanilla. Moisten with the milk. Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 12 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Hand Formed cookies.
