  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour - 2 c
  • coconut - 1 c
  • soda - 2 tsp
  • 10x sugar
  • can crushed pineapple not drained - 1 oz
  • Bake at 350° for 45 minutes

How to make hawaiian wedding cake:

Mix all together by hand and pour in greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Cool cake before icing.Icing:1/4 lb. butter at room temperature1 (8 oz.) cream cheese1 1/2 c. 10x sugar2 tsp. vanilla I use more 10x sugar for icing to make it a little thicker.
